It was perfect Positive: The flat is very central !!!

Positive: The property was nicely decorated and appeared exactly as the photographs suggested. The location is excellent with great access to Amsterdam. Negative: I personally do not agree with the extra charge that guests incur for using basic gas and electric at the property. In the case of my partner and myself, I paid 900 pounds for 5 nights and spent limited time in the apartment, apart from sleeping, so I believe the price I paid should be inclusive.

Statene alla larga! Positive: La posizione centralissima e strategica Negative: Quando siamo arrivati le lenzuola del letto erano bagnate. Il bagno è al limite della decenza. La seconda notte ci ha fatto visita un TOPO. L'orario di check-in è senza senso. Il deposito di 500€ è assurdo.

Good and less good 😀 Positive: Excellent location on a charming alleyway. Some street noise as expected for central Amsterdam, I enjoy hearing the street sounds however I wouldn't recommend for light sleepers. Interesting layout to flat, which is essentially an open plan studio room with a bed in the kitchen area. It's excellent value for money, given the location. Were a bit of ££ to be spent on this place, it could be elevated to a top tier accommodation. By that I mean, decorative finishes are a bit shabby and it'd benefit from a full length mirror. Prompt telephone contact from duty person when we arrived. He happily provided recommendations for the area. Negative: There is something a little stingy about the expectation that gas, etc will be taken from your deposit. Likewise, having to remove your own rubbish from the flat when you leave. Only two hand towels supplied for two adults staying for four nights, again, a little stingy. From reading other reviews, I was aware that communication with the agency running this place can be hit and miss, so I did not get too concerned beforehand by their limited contact however this could provoke anxiety in those so inclined. Not sure why check in times are restricted, given that it's via a key code and you never meet an actual person? It's a decent enough place but the overall impression is not welcoming, a bit like staying with a relative who doesn't really want you there.

Le logement ne correspondait pas à l’annonce,était froid et insalubre.Le logeur baissait sans cesse la température et en Positive: L’emplacement Negative: Annonce trompeuse,mentionnante chambres familiales alors qu’il n’y avait qu’une pièce.Mentionnait vue sur un site d’intérêt alors qu’il n’y avait que le vis à vis sur l’immeuble d’en face.Malgre nos signalements.la température de l’appartement n’a jamais été confortable.le logeur baissait la température a 17 degrés ,de jour comme de nuit alors que nous disions avoir froid.Le logeur s’est introduit à deux reprises dans l’appartement sans notre autorisation,c’est une intrusion inacceptable.Alarme défectueuse dans la salle de bain qui nous a réveillé,traces de rongeurs( crottes,nourriture grignotée,)traces de sang sur le lit nous laissant craindre des punaises de lit.
